  Recently, I was at the Apple Coconut Point Store and received OUTSTANDING customer service from Ethan, Constantine and Brian. They went over and above the call of duty to help correct a problem that truly ended up not even being an Apple product problem. My issue developed due to a competitor connector that I bought online (not an apple product). I just want to tell you THANK YOU! Also, customers need to make an appointment when you go to the Coconut Point Store. Unfortunately, this store might be one of the busiest Apple locations. Apple needs to open another location in order to handle the demand. Barbara

  The fellow that greeted me was rude. He acted like ordering a battery for my iPhone was a huge favor. That went over like a lead balloon.i have thought for a long time that Apple has deliberately slowed phones when your 2 yr contract is up. You can say it is the best you can do but we all know better. There is no need for them to be so expensive to start with. We are all hooked so you Apple have the upper hand. Just quit trying to fool us. However the tech that actually helped me and ordered the battery was extremely nice.
