  Everyone is very nice but I went in so I could get my ring cleaned and one of the reps tells me I have a loses diamond but the person who repair them is not in so she tells me you can leave your ring or take it and bring it back another day so I tell her okay I'll bring it back I go back 4 weeks later and drop it off and then the manager calls me to tell me that I'm am going to have to pay a fee because I refused to leave the ring the day I was told it was loses. So I told her I was told that I could leave the ring or take it back another day she keept interrupting me and would not even let me finish a sentence. So now I have to pay 95 dollars to have my diamond fixed and shipped to me .I don't think it's right that I was giving the option to take my ring and then have to pay and the manager told me that I should not be mean to her Beacuse she would be the one to help me . Then she said she would call me. Back so she could get the full story from the rep because all that was noted was that i went in and I declined service I told her so your telling me that I went in and just said 3 word's .she didn't even call me back she had some one else call me and change me .. I have perched 2 rings and a pair of erring them them. Please be careful. this is like the 4 diamond that falls off In less then 2 years and I work in a office nothing ruff
