  Simply the BEST in everything, staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, respect customers. All of the boutique staff are gems. Karla, Meredith, Jonathan , Jordan, Kami and whoever I forgot to mention, they are all without exception the Best. They call customers by name, they remember the returning ones. Actually, they make all the customers returning ones due to their super service, attitude, and being so attentive. I travel all the way from Sarasota (about 2 hours drive on the highway) to shop at this location. Other Lilly stores should send their staff to train at this location, specially the staff at Naples location. I can't say enough about the Coconut location, words are not enough the thank each one for their superb service. This is the true Lilly boutique in every aspect. CONGRATULATIONS to all of you.Well done job.
