  Have browsed and purchased watches and other items over the years here. Compared to MK retail stores the staff at the outlet are a bit more aloof. Perhaps they tire from all the touristy traffic vs the retail stores at Coconut Point and Waterside Shops which cater to the locals. We tend to patronize the latter for these reasons not to mention getting access to the latest releases.

  The staff are very helpful, happy and pleasant. You ask a question they will find the answer from size, location, color and fashion advice. Seeing them work as a team is outstanding and refreshing. They are not looking for commotion, they are looking to make customers happy! I love the Michael Kors off of Corkscrew! They definitely know how to pick a team!
