  I went to torrid with some friends and there was a young lady by the name of Nicole whom kept following us around. At one point I decided to ask her for some assistance and she tells me "I work here but I'm off the clock" walks away and proceeds to walk now behind the counter. I would think she was asking one of her co workers to assist us and she did not. She was too busy behind the counter having one of the workers ring her belongings out. As we stood there waiting in line for someone to assist us the workers continued to chat having discussions that were not even work related. I'm truly bothered by the customer service in this store. Needless to say I put all my belongings down along with my friends and walked out. We will not be shopping there again!
